Papayas Pink/Yellow is grown in tropical areas. Fruits harvested from orchards and farm house. On ripening the selected fruit is washed, peeled, deseeded, subjected to processing, wherein the refined pulp is sterilized and packed in OTS cans and sealed hermetically retorting and cooling; in bulk in aseptically packed in bag in drum and kept in ambient temperature.
Papaya pulp can be used in nectars, fruit juice, jams, ice-creams, yoghurt, baby food, bakery products and confectionary.
